Hi, I'm Bonnie! At Spa Mack, I combine over 20 years of experience with holistic techniques to create a space for transformation and self-discovery.

I’m passionate about teaching my clients how to connect with their bodies, be present, and tap into their inner strength through self-love.

By integrating breathwork, guided meditation, and mindful awareness, I guide you to listen to your body’s wisdom and create a deep sense of safety, presence, and compassion for yourself.
